Cavagna North America, Incorporated, today announced the promotion of two senior managers. Peter Dwyer has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development, LPG Division and David S. Ellis has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Compressed Gas Division.
